Hi, my name is Hoang Anh Le (Lê Hoàng Anh in Vietnamese, 레황안 in Korean). I am a postdoctoral fellow at Center for Quantum Nanoscience, Institute for Basic Science and Ewha Womans University in Seoul, South Korea.
My current research lies at the intersection of condensed matter physics and quantum technologies. I work on the theory of STM-ESR to understand the driving mechanism of atoms on surface. I study quantum optimal control theory to design optimal pulses for on-surface qubits, aiming to improve gate fidelity. Also, I investigate the properties in nanographene-based systems. See RESEARCH and PUBLICATIONS for details.
I obtained my PhD degree in condensed matter physics from Korea University in 2024, under the supervision of Professor Eric Yang Sung Ryul (양승열). During my PhD, my research focused on the charge fractionalization and topological order in zigzag graphene nanoribbons.
